- General Proposal Details
- One V -cube on-site technician(s) with equipment at your organization’s event for each session (concurrent sessions require multiple technicians)
- All equipment up to audio mixer included
- Technician(s) arrive 90 minutes prior to the start of your event for equipment set-up
- Recorded Web Seminar Broadcasts Including
- Utilizing V-cube Seminar Platform
- Video, Audio timed with Presentation materials
- Banner logo of sponsors (can rotate up to 5 banner logos)
- Text chat box for additional information
- 12 (twelve) months of recorded content hosted on V-cube servers
- Web links to content requiring NO DOWNLOADING of content or players
- Sessions can be made into multiple links to allow for easier online archiving
- Emailable weblink to webinar that can be included in electric newsletters, on website, or behind secure username/password etc
- Embeddable link for placement within a website so content plays within website pages
- Weblink(s) provided to Client within 15 working days of event
- Content will play on PC’s and Mac
- Consulting services to help Client organize content on their website in a fashion easily understood by online viewers
- Goals
- Distribute content to online viewers in a dynamic format that reproduces on-site presentations through the web. Drive attendance to future events by providing an overview of the content provided at the Client’s event accessible online.
- Provide Client with weblink(s) which allows for online on-demand viewing of presenters and panel speakers at their event including video, audio and presentation materials for creating a revenue structure.
